§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Transport on how many occasions the Motor Vehicle (Construction and Use) Regulations 1978/1017 have been amended since 30 August 1978; and if he will consolidate them in the interest of general comprehension and the use of motorists.
§ Mrs. ChalkerThere have been 29 amending instruments. The regulations will be consolidated next year incorporating these and any changes that may be required early in the new year.
