§ Mr. WakehamThe Industry Act forecast estimate is that total fixed investment in 1982 will be 3 per cent. higher than in the previous year. Looking ahead, the forecast suggests that, with higher output growth, lower inflation and interest rates, fixed investment should increase by 5 per cent. in 1983.
