§ Mr. WaddingtonI receive letters from time to time from or on behalf of trade unions on a variety of issues to do with health and safety at work. Most recently, I have received a letter from the general secretary of the TUC about a resolution adopted at the 1982 congress about the resources allocated to the Health and Safety Executive.
