§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many British subjects were included in the exchange arranged by the Government of South Africa of eight Western intelligence agents for the Soviet agent Major Aleksei Kozlov.
§ Mr. PymIt has been the practice of successive Governments not to comment on matters of this nature. My hon. Friend may however have noted that the Minister for Inner German Relations of the Federal Republic of Germany has announced that the eight Westerners involved in the exchange were all citizens of his country.
