When a list of sites qualifying for protection under Article 4 of Directive 79/409/EEC on the Conservation of Wild Birds will be sent to the Commission of the European Communities as required by paragraphs li(a) and li(c) of the council resolution of 2nd April 1979, and whether they can confirm that such a list should have been deposited with the Commission by 2nd April 1981.
§ The Earl of AvonInitial lists of areas of the kinds referred to in paragraphs li(a) and li(c) of the council resolution will be sent to the Commission in the near future. I confirm that the council called upon members states to notify these areas by 2nd April 1981.
