§ Mr. KingFigures comparing authorities' revised budgets for 1981–82 with their expenditure targets for that year were placed in the Library pursuant to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Skipton (Mr. Watson) on 28 October—[Vol. 10, c. 863]. Outturn figures for 1981–82 will not, however, be available until autumn 1982; they may lead to further adjustments of grant entitlements for that year.
Authorities' grant entitlements in 1982–83 will be determined by their expenditure in that year. Information on this is not yet available.
