§ Sir George YoungThe sources used by my Department include work carried out by the Building Research Establishment and the National Building Agency drawing on data such as that from Audits of Great Britain Limited, the family expenditure survey and the national temperature survey, together with experimental data and measurements of energy savings in occupied dwellings.
