§ Mr. Brocklebank-Fowlerasked the Minister for Trade if he will now announce his proposals for giving financial assistance through tourist boards, in accordance with section 4 of the Development of Tourism Act 1969; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Sproat[pursuant to his reply, 28 June 1982, c. 211]: The Government have decided that from 1 August 1982 suitable projects throughout England, Scotland and Wales will be eligible for consideration for selective aid. An announcement on the detailed arrangements will be made as soon as possible.
