§ Mr. RaisonSpecific guidance on the eligibility of residents of warden-controlled bungalows for the special old persons' home television licence has not been issued, but a comprehensive statement of the conditions of eligibility for this licence is available in the form of a leaflet from the national television licensing records office; a copy of this leaflet was placed in the Library of the House by my right hon. Friend's predecessor on 6 April 1978.
