§ Mr. RossiSpecialist claims control was introduced nationally in November 1981 and in the first six months of its operation benefit was either terminated or adjusted in 3,369 cases. Information about the number of appeals received and the percentage successful is not readily available and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
