§ Dr. BoysonIt is for the Lancashire local education authority, in consultation with the governors of voluntary aided and special agreement schools, to consider the future pattern they wish to adopt for education in the Rossendale district and, if necessary, to publish proposals under sections 12 to 16 of the Education Act 1980. No such have so far been published; any which are, and which fall to my right hon. Friend to decide, will be considered on their individual merits in the light of the educational interests of the pupils concerned, local circumstances including any objections, and the financial factors involved.
