§ Mr. MayhewThis is a matter for the Boundary Commission. We understand, however, that the commission still hopes to complete its work by the end of 1982 and to submit its final proposals for constituencies in Liverpool and the rest of England to my right hon. Friend as soon as possible thereafter.
