§ Mrs. ChalkerMy right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Transport and for the Environment have almost completed their consideration of the outstanding matters relating to the M42 Tamworth section, following their receipt in March of the inspector's report on the public inquiries held in 1980. I hope to announce their decisions within a few weeks, and certainly within the timescale already promised.
