§ Mr. BlakerA board of inquiry was held into the fatal accident that occurred in the Fleet maintenance base, HM Dockyard Devonport on 18 April 1980. I regret that I am unable to comment further as a case relating to this accident has now been set down for hearing before a civil court and the matter is therefore sub judice.
