§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNo such tests are now carried out at Derby city hospital. Statistics about tests performed in the past were not collected centrally and the hon. Member may wish to approach the Southern Derbyshire health authority which may have the information.
The powers to provide services of this kind in NHS hospitals are provided in section 58 of the National Health Service Act 1977.
