§ Mr. SproatThe British Airports Authority's proposed investment programme at its seven airports for the period 1982–83 to 1986–87 is shown in some detail on page 66 of its annual report for 1981–82, which was published on 21 July, a copy of which is in the Library. It is subject to the normal annual investment and financing review and the approved levels of expenditure are published each year in the public expenditure White Paper. In addition, individual major projects are subject to my approval.
