§ Mr. William SheltonYes. I am satisfied that adequate financial resources can be made available through the Manpower Services Commission to enable colleges of further education to contribute to these schemes, under arrangements agreed with the local authorities. I am also satisfied that, in general, the education system has available, or can find, staff accommodation and other resources of the necessary scale, nature and quality. The Department is in close dialogue with the MSC and the local authority associations, and my right hon. Friend hopes shortly to issue a circular.
