§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what further consideration he has given to the recommendation of the Royal Commission on civil liability and personal injury calling for an examination of practice abroad in relation to partial pensions covering partial incapacity for work.
§ Mr. RossiIn the course of our considerations for the White Paper on the "Reform of the Industial Injuries Scheme"—Cmnd. 8402—we looked at the ways in which other countries provide for partial incapacity caused by work injuries. We are continuing to keep other countries' schemes in view.
