§ Mr. Blaker[pursuant to his reply, 16 June 1982, c. 294]: Completion of phase I of the rebuild of the Joint Services Corrective Training Centre at Colchester is now expected earlier than previously forecast. It is hoped to complete this phase by the end of 1985.
