§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether, in view of the criticisms in the report of the North-West regional hospital area at Manchester on the work and value of health visitors, he remains satisfied with the contribution that health visitors are making to the new concept of community care; and if he has given any consideration to changing their responsibilities.
