§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he held consultations, and with whom, to assess the needs of disabled people prior to the preparation of the consultation document "The Content and Form of Building Regulations".
§ Mr. StanleyThe object of preparing the consultation document to which the hon. Member refers was to initiate the consultation process. The document has been widely circulated to bodies concerned with the needs of the disabled and we shall be giving careful consideration to the responses received.
