§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will list the 23 fields announced between the beginning of 1976 and the beginning of 1980 which would now be eligible for development delay, pursuant to rules laid down by the Secretary of State for Energy of 6 December 1974.
§ Mr. GrayThe 23 fields in question are listed in appendix 2 to the report to Parliament entitled "Development of the oil and gas resources of the United Kingdom 1981", made by my right hon. Friend the then Secretary of State for Energy in April 1981.
