§ Mr. WaddingtonThere has been one firm proposal, which is to moor an LPG tanker in the Solent. The Health and Safety Executive was consulted by the British408W Transport Docks Board and advised that there were no strong health and safety grounds why the proposed storage and transhipment operation should not proceed.
