asked the Solicitor-General for Scotland how many prosecutions there have been over the past two years for armed trespass by persons suspected of illegal wildfowling.

The Solicitor-General for Scotland

A person who, while armed, trespasses on land without reasonable excuse commits an offence in terms of section 20 of the Firearms Act 1968. No separate statistics are kept for convictions under this section of the Firearms Act.
