§ Mr. Tilleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will give details by Metropolitan Police district and ethnic identity code of arrests and prosecutions under the Criminal Attempts Act 1981 in London since the Act became operative;
(2) if, pursuant to his answer of 18 January, Official Report, column 14, he will estimate when he will be able to give details of the working of the Criminal Attempts Act.
