§ Mr. MacGregorThe total forecast expenditure on EIEC factory building in 1981–82 is about £44.6 million. The aggregate of expenditure for different sizes of factories is not readily available, but as a guide, about 90 per cent. of the floor space currently under construction and planned is expected to compromise small factories and warehouses of up to 10,000 sq ft floor area, and about 57 per cent. factories and warehouses up to 2,500 sq ft.
