Mr. Marlow

asked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he will give particulars of the six most significant trade disputes between the United Kingdom and the rest of the European Economic Community since May 1974 that have been referred to the European Commission, setting out (a) the dispute, (b) the date it arose, (c) the date of referral, (d) the solution and (e) the date of resolution.

Differences on matters of trade do not arise in the form of disputes between the United Kingdom and the rest of the Community.
