§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in view of the practice of terrorists from Europe using the EEC regulations of free entry and travel within Europe and the obtaining of employment without permits to enter and settle in the United Kingdom to avoid facing charges in their own country, if he will take special measures to deal with this problem generally, and in particular with the case of the Italian terrorists, details of which have been supplied to him.
§ Mr. RaisonThe free movement provisions of Community law do not prevent exclusion or expulsion where this is justified on grounds of public policy, public security or public health.
