§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeAs my hon. Friend knows, I have recently announced changes in the preferred route for this scheme to provide a shorter and less expensive road which will be less damaging to agriculture and will fit the landscape more sympathetically. We expect to publish draft orders for the revised scheme towards the end of this year.
