§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) whether he will take the necessary action to deport Susantha Karunaratne of Sri Lanka, who was found guilty of kidnapping, false imprisonment and blackmail at the Old Bailey on Thursday 28 January, on the completion of the court's sentence;
(2) whether he will take the necessary action to deport Vutek Przbyss, who was found guilty at the trial held at the Old Bailey on Thursday 28 January, on the completion of his sentence.
§ Mr. RaisonOn present information neither Susantha Karunaratne nor Vutek Przbyss is liable for deportation but further inquiries are being made.
