§ Mrs. ChalkerThe cost of our studies before preparation work on this scheme was suspended in 1980 is not available and could only be provided at disproportionate cost.
I have recently decided to carry out a short study to see if our latest design, economic and traffic criteria improve the prospects for restarting preparation. We hope to announce the results next year.
