§ Mr. Arnoldasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the answer to the hon. Member for Hazel Grove on 25 October, Official Report, c. 279, if, in his consideration of whether to implement section 48 of the Criminal Law Act 1977, he will take account of the experimental project involving a scheme of advance disclosure which has been in operation in Leeds.
