§ Mr. Ancramasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what humanitarian and refugee relief assistance Her Majesty's Government are making available in Chad and Rwanda.
§ Mr. Neil MartenWe propose, subject to parliamentary approval, to contribute £50,000 to the League of Red Cross Societies' appeal for humanitarian assistance to Chad, and £30,000 in response to an appeal from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to assist refugees arriving in Rwanda from Uganda. Provision will be sought in the spring Supplementary Estimates.
