§ Mr. StanleyEnglish local authorities' gross capital expenditure on housing in the first half of 1982–83 is provisionally estimated to have been £820 million. As I said to the right hon. Gentleman on 8 November 1982—[Vol 31, c.82]—1 expect to be able to provide the authority by authority figures before the end of this month.
