Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, pursuant to his answer of 10 November 1980, Official Report, c. 193, if he will offer advice to sporting bodies in relation to the United Nations Sub-Committee on Apartheid's blacklist of sportsmen and sportswomen in the light of recent additions of United Kingdom sportsmen and women to the list.
