§ 38. Mr. Hardyasked the Minister for Trade if he has received representations from the steel industry concerning unfair competition; and what response he has given.
§ Mr. Peter ReesA number of organisations, companies and individuals have made representations alleging instances of unfair competition. Not all have proved to be well founded. Where appropriate, they have been referred to the European Commission for remedial action. We believe that the Community's current anti-crisis measures provide the best protection against unfair competition.
