§ Mr. Dewarasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he intends to review the operation of the Housing (Homeless Persons) Act 1977, in line with the review promised by the Secretary of State for the Environment.
§ Mr. Allan StewartNo. A code of guidance has been issued more recently in Scotland than in England and Wales, and there have been no indications since its issue in September 1980 that a further review of the operation of the legislation in Scotland is necessary.
