§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish the report by the Railway Inspectorate into the derailment at Healey Mills, West Yorkshire, on 31 March involving a nuclear waste fuel container.
§ Mr. EyreThe derailment, which occurred at slow speed in sidings at Healey Mills, was of such a minor nature that it was not reportable to the Department under either the railway or health and safety at work legislation. There will, therefore, be no report on it.
