§ Mr. Parry asked the Secretary of State for Trade what representations he has received concerning the proposed closure of the P and 0 Liverpool to Belfast Ferry; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Sproat:Since the closure was announced, in addition to representations made also to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, I have received one from the Blackpool Hotel and Guest House Association and two from members of the public. I have nothing to add to the statements made by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Northern Ireland on 26 and 29 October.
