§ Mr. David Steel asked the Lord Privy Seal (1) what will be the number of British teachers under contract with the Overseas Development Agency working in developing countries in 1981–82 compared with 1980–81; (2) what will be the number of agricultural and veterinary experts working on technical assistance in developing countries in 1981–82 compared with 1980–81.
