§ Mr. Christopher Price asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he intends to reply to the Public Accounts Committee's report on reasonable cash limits for mandatory grants; and whether he will lay before Parliament a Green Paper indicating the various means by which this objective could be achieved.
