§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Aberdeenshire East of 23 October on the payment of value added tax by the Spastics Society, if he will consider granting relief to all charitable organisations which are engaged in working with the disabled.
