§ Mr. Stephen Ross asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what progress has been made in drawing up a list of experts further to section 8 of the Zoo Licensing Act; and whether he intends to extend an invitation to the RSPCA to be represented on that list.
§ Mr. Macfarlane:We shall soon be asking interested organisations, including the RSPCA, to suggest suitable candidates. The experts will, however, serve as individuals and not as representatives of organisations.
