§ Mr. Pavitt asked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will return to the London borough of Brent the penalty he imposed of £611,000 for alleged overspending in view of the High Court judgment on 21 October.
§ Mr. King:As my right hon. Friend told the House in his statement of 22 October, the Government must consider the terms of the judgment before deciding on their response.
