§ Mr. Allan Stewart:I have seen a recent letter from the Association of Scottish Local Health Councils; several hon. Members have also drawn the letter to my attention. At present I have nothing to add to the reply which my hon. Friend the Member for Aberdeenshire, West (Sir R. Fairgrieve) gave to the hon.
