§ Mr. Mudd asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, when he reissues form CA(A)297D(REV), he will ensure that the second word of the second line of Note 5, on page 1 (reverse) is correctly spelt.
§ Mrs. Chalker:The incorrect spelling of the word "grammar" has already been noticed. The error will be corrected when the form is reprinted next year.
