§ Mr. Alfred Morris asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will list for each authority, separately for both 1979-80 and 1980-81, the grants they have received under the provisons of section 69 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 in respect of rebates under the Rating (Disabled Persons) Act 1978 that have been paid to (a) private households and (b) institutions.
