§ Mrs. Renéee Short asked the Minister for the Civil Service if she has yet received the report of the Rayner team that was reviewing the format of official forms in order to make them more easily understood by the public.
§ Mr. Hayhoe: The departmental studies of administrative forms have been completed. Ministers and Sir Derek Rayner have received most of the reports and are considering them. Sir Derek Rayner expects to report soon to the Prime Minister.
