§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what consultations he has had in respect of implementing part II of the Control of Pollution Act 1974; and when he expects to be implementing that part of the Act.
§ Mr. King:I am currently reviewing the question of implementing part II. Any necessary consultation will be part of that process.
