§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when he anticipates that, in pursuance of section 9(6) of the National Heritage Act 1980, a statement will be laid before the House giving particulars of acceptances of property in satisfaction of capital transfer tax which occurred during the financial year ended 31 March 1981.
